The vote for the Delayed Upgrade confirmation begins on September 18, 2025.
If approved, the penalty takes effect on September 22.
From that date, MKR to SKY upgrades will receive 1% less SKY, with the penalty increasing by 1% every three months, reaching a maximum of 100% over 25 years.
