1. Why do I receive an insufficient balance prompt when using Convert?

To use Convert, you need a sufficient amount of crypto in your account. If you have an insufficient amount, you can either deposit crypto or USD before you convert to your desired crypto.

3. Where can I view crypto after it has been converted using Convert?

Converted crypto is automatically deposited into your account.

4. Where can I view my Convert transaction history?

You can view the transaction history in Portfolio > History > filter Convert type.

5. Why can't I find the crypto I want to convert?

You can only see the currently supported crypto in the Convert field. If you can't find your desired crypto, it may not be supported at the moment.

6. Can I convert my crypto to cash using this Convert feature?

No, the Convert feature is designed exclusively for swapping one crypto for another (for example, Bitcoin to Ethereum). It doesn't support conversions to fiat currency such as USD.

To cash out your crypto, you can use the Sell crypto feature, which allows you to sell your holdings and receive the equivalent value in your local currency. Alternatively, the Buy crypto feature can be used to manage your portfolio as part of the broader process.
