X Drops Club Terms and Conditions

1. X Drops Club is a rewards program offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX"). It is a rewards program through which customers can earn selected tokens ("Rewards") by holding digital asset tokens ("Eligible Tokens") with certain asset thresholds in their funding and/or trading account(s), where applicable. The Eligible Tokens and asset thresholds required will be specified in detail in the relevant X Drops Club campaign terms and conditions.

2. Each X Drops Club campaign has a specific start date and end date (the "Promotion Period"). Please review the latest X Drops Club FAQ page for the applicable Promotion Period.

3. By accessing the event page and participating in this event, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Participation in this event is limited to main account holders only. Sub-accounts are not eligible for participation.

5. You must pass or have previously passed OKX’s advanced identity verification.

6. Only eligible OKX customers who are not OKX employees will be able to participate in this rewards program. Please refer to the specific eligibility requirements in the latest X Drops Club FAQ page.

7. In order to receive the Rewards, you need to hold Eligible Tokens with the required assets in your funding and/or trading accounts, where applicable. Please review the latest X Drops Club FAQ page for details regarding how we calculate assets on platform for purposes of eligibility. You agree that you are bound by the relevant campaign terms and conditions where the campaign-specific terms are detailed, including but not limited to those terms regarding interest (APY calculation methodologies).

8. Rewards shall accrue daily and actual Rewards distributed will be based on portfolio snapshots of eligible assets in your funding and/or trading account(s), where applicable. Rewards will then be automatically distributed to your funding accounts based on snapshot(s) taken of your portfolio on the relevant day before 00:00 UTC.

9. In the event that the Eligible Tokens in your funding and/or trading account(s) falls below the required asset threshold, you will cease to be eligible for the Rewards unless and until you reach the relevant asset threshold again and provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.

10. All applicable taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.

11. This promotion is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding crypto/digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. 12. OKX reserves the right to monitor participant behavior during the event and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, or any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. OKX reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.

13. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this rewards program as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this rewards program, and/or cancel this rewards program without notice.
